rubbish service. I'll report them to the ombudsman. They are fraud and I'll make sure to advertise this on trustpilot and everywhere else so that people dont fall for them. The engineer didnt even touch anything and said that he will come back and bring the part. I asked him whether there will be another one hour charge and he clearly said no . I also asked the advisor while booking the engineer and they said only when repair will be done then will be charge and if they will go to get the part , the charge will only start once the repaid start but they charged my bank. I'm not uneducated and I know my rights. These companies take advantage of people and will be reported. The lady on the call (Natasha) is rude and is a liar when everything should be in their call recording. Needs to be reported to Ombudsman as they are Fraud
