Do not use ERG pest control under any circumstances. They are London based, scammers, overpriced and sub the work out to local companies. I know through experience as we have unfortunately been stupid enough to do some work for them. They charge £175 for a wasps nest treatement and then the contractor has to invoice them for £60. We unfortunately did 23 wasps jobs for them in June and still haven't been paid the £1380 owed, even though they have a 30 day terms of payment method. 5 months later and countless calls and unanswered emails I have had to threaten them with courts, they still refuse to pay or answer my calls. I have spoke recently to two other companies also owed lots of money from this dodgy company. I have also attended several properties that ERG have sent a cowboy and the work carried out wasn't resolved. The customer was told it would be a further £175 to send someone back. Pretty disgraceful! I strongly advise to avoid any southern based companies that say they are local when they are not. I have been in this business 20 years and absolutely dumbfounded how they legally can get away with it. Trust me there's at least 5 on top page of Google, so do your homework and keep it cheaper with a local company you can trust. We guarantee our work to everyone with no further costs if a re-visit is needed. I have put this review on because legally I can. It's not to discredit them it's to warn the public to be aware. Look at the countless one star reviews they have, it speaks for itself...
