Absolute con. We called them as emergency plumbers at 9.30, were told they would attend by 5. For 180 quid an hour we expected them to do more than turn up after 4, take a look look, say "it's broken" and then bugger off with no further communication, but that's what they did. Fake reviews on their website, it turns out. Hard avoid.
