This company is a scam. Was quoted £165 + VAT + parts for someone to come and fix our boiler and was promised "he won't leave until it's fixed". He came, said he didn't have the parts and would be back the next day instead. Next day he didn't show up. Called again and they said now he had diagnosed the problem it would be another £165 + VAT + parts if I actually wanted him to come back and fix it. I cancelled, called another company, they came and fixed the problem the next day for £100 for labour and parts. The directors of this company should be in jail for fraud.
