This company do not even deserve the one star. Total rip off and avoid at all cost. Had a problem with a boiler and told it will cost £125 and if we wanted it servicing then it would count us another £150 to which we agreed too.A so called engineer came ( a total cowboy) said the boiler had a small leak that he apparently fixed was in the house 10 minuets in total however it needed parts for him to be able to do any service as he could not service a broken boiler. The next day we were charged £174 for a service that was never carried out. Contacted the company on 12 occasion and were either put on hold at one point for over an hour or we were told they will call back ........... THEY NEVER CALL BACK EVER. Customer service is none existent and they employ very rude people. I wish I had read the reviews before hand as I wouldn't have gone anywhere near this company. It amazes me how they are still in business. Total scammers and absolute scum.
