Booked to check 3 leaking toilet flush mechanisms. The engineer was here at the most 15 minutes, still charged £135+VAT, said he needed to order parts. Phoned the next day with quote, £559, to replace 3 flush mechanisms which they said would take 3-4 hours work. The parts are £15.99 each and my neighbour did his in an hour.
DONT TOUCH ERG WITH A BARGE POLE.
To be honest I’m surprised they’re still trading and can sleep at night.
