Louise from Ernest Jones Mcarthur Glen was amazing and saved the day for my son’s 21st birthday present.
I had ordered a watch online with Ernest Jones only to be told they had they had to cancel my order as it as it was out of stock.
I called to my local store and Louise had one there and held it for me until a refund was processed.
I am so so grateful for all your help Louise and my son will be thrilled when he opens this on his 21st birthday! xx
