Hi,
The method of the test was well done and simple, but please refrain from using the term 'maniac' when talking about episodes of bipolar disorder/manic depression. If you are having an episode of mania, you are 'manic', not 'maniac'. It means experiencing a period of heightened 'brain activity', which does not mean you are a 'maniac'. This is an important distinction that helps to destigmatize bipolar disorder, so please update your test ASAP. if you don't believe me, you can reference many scientific papers, as well as the DSM.
I hope this was helpful.
Thanks,
