I had an awful experience with the eSalon colour. After ordering successfully during a lockdown from November 2020, in May 2021 they sent me someone else's colour (Robin, if you're out there - I feel your pain). All the inserts throughout said Anita's colour - except the colour bottle itself, which said Robin's colour. There you go. Maybe Robin was more careful at reading every item, but my hair went from light blond to (most unsuitable for me) deep black/red roots. Not so much as an apology from these guys, they said “thanks for trying our product and sorry that it didn’t suit you”. It actually would be funny if the consequences wouldn’t be so miserable for me. I feel insulted.
Just if someone is confused due to the name of the brand - it is not an eSalon, it is just a box colour and the company takes as much responsibility for the product sent as a pharmacy would (which is none). So avoid if possible, support properly trained hair stylist who take responsibility for their work.
Also, if you don’t live in the UK, keep in mind that this is a non EU company and you can’t hold them liable. Please learn from my mistake and avoid the products from this company.
