Brought a Harry Potter hufflepuff robe paid 8 pound for next day delivery and had the clasp missing!
Emailed customer service and got a partial refund of 6 pound didn’t even get my postage back 25 pound for nothing was unwearable without clasp son really disappointed as couldn’t wear it for his event waste of money!
