I have been using the Escapes.ca to book vacations for more then ten yeas. Using their website is easy and problem free. The issues can come up only with vacation providers or airlines (like cancellations, schedule changes and etc). Ryan MacLeod from Escapes online department has been very helpful in resolving all issues with vendors, schedule changes and making useful suggestions. She has helped us on our several past trips.
