Do not trust eSky! I booked a flight with Finnair through esky and they made me pay 29 euros for baggage claiming that the flight doesn't include it in the fair. They're refusing to refund the amount now and then claiming that the amount is a service fee by eSky which at no point of the transaction gets mentioned which is again done to deceitfully misinform customers. Finnair offers 23 kgs of baggage in their fair but by misinforming customers that it is not included they make the customer purchase the baggage for 29 euros. I submitted proof of the same multiple times and they keep trying to avoid a refund. Horrible experience and cannot be trusted as a service provider.
