I ordered items from them, supposedly the items have arrived at the post office here in the UK, in July 24th, we’re august 15th …. And it’s not despatched. I cannot contact the depot here and esmi has simply said we can’t help you, you have to contact them yourself. As a business, having already taken my money for this, it’s quite shocking to hear that’s your response and you’re happy to simply wash your hands off with the issue. So not only do I have to raise a complaint with you, I also have to now bend over backwards to try and reach the delivery depot myself to check where YOUR order is and failing to do that then what???? Appalling service . Cannot comment on the products itselves seeing as I never received them
