Ordered a wok burner cap for a built in gas hob. Was shown as in stock on their website. Was then told that it actually wasn't in stock and that it would be 2 weeks until part was back in. Finally, after 4 weeks I received the wrong part. Trying ever since to get them to ship the correct part, with no result. Each time I send a message I'm dealing with someone else, so keep having to repeat my issue. Terrible company, don't go near it.
