A really good spares company. I ordered a belt cover for my mower. It arrived very quickly. But after opening the package, I noticed a split in the rear part of the plastic housing. Convinced that this would not be an issue, I fitted it to the mower, and proceeded to give the grass a final cut for the season. Bad move!. It broke in bits after about 10 mins. I did not contact Espares, because I fitted it knowing that it was split. I left a non positive or negitive, review on Trust Pilot, which the company immediately picked up on and contacted me. They offered, without question or prejudice a replacement part. This I accepted, and received the new part this week. It arrived in perfect condition, and the lawns are now prepared for the winter ! The broken item has been returned (grass and all), using the pre paid label, readily supplied. Excellent customer service, will highly recommend, and will use again for sure. Many thanks E Spares.
