Although there was a delay in receiving this item I am delighted with it. It is a telescopic arm for a quite old Dyson Hoover. It is now working really well. The spare part, costing about 50 euro saved me the cost of a new Hoover which would have been substantial. So I am a very happy customer indeed and would recommend spares.
