Absolutely brilliant service. Starting from customer service and constant update emails from the company on status of my order. Even though the water tank for my Delonghi wasn't in stock, I was ready to wait 6 week for it to be dispatched. However, after a week of ordering I have received an email that item is despatched and on its way to me. I was delighted and received an item 5 days later! Water tank is an original, fits perfectly, same as described, brand new and works amazing. Absolutely lovely service, inside out. Thank you again for it. Will use it in the future again :)
