I contacted their customer service and an online chat resulted in a replacement arriving, wait for it: LESS than 24hrs later! What more can you ask for? I was e-mailed a free returns label to pop the faulty item in the post: easy, as I could turn it around using their own packaging straightaway. This is my third order and they are as good as it gets!
