When I ordered a lid for my Kenwood food chopper, it seemed it would be ages before delivery but I know companies are having supply/delivery problems so I want to bothered. Imagine my surprise when it arrived barely a week later, well packaged with a FREE GIFT of two stylish pencils & a biro - most unexpected! Ridiculously pleasing!
