I bought an item from them. The first time it was left at my door, the courier -selected by espares- rang the bell and I could directly collect the package. Unfortunately, it was sent already damaged (unlikely it got damaged during transit because of the type of damage). I immediately contacted espares who told me to return it at their expenses, but they played on sending me wrong information and destination for the return. The customer service officer also said -we were communicating via online chat- that once I bought it again they would refund me 10% for the inconvenience.
I managed to return the item and I was fully refunded after a couple of days.
I bought the item again, but this time the delivery was late, and the item was delivered to someone else, despite espares swearing that I had received it and refusing to investigate were it had been delivered.
The item eventually showed up several days later because I went around town making enquiries .
Needless to say, espares refused to refund the 10% as promised, using the excuse that I would have to send them the email where they promised to do so, knowing well I couldn't because the promise was made on the online chat.
In short: be very very careful with them.
