The staff were absolutely amazing and very very helpful. I have a very old Dyson 08 telescopic complete model. I sent them in photos of the bits that needed replacing and serial number. This filter is perfect! Also they managed to get me a replacement brush head which again fits easily and just what I needed. The parts arrived when they said they would. Can’t fault them !
