I ordered a door seal for my washer dryer, which was delivered in around 5 days, unfortunately I had been sent the wrong one. I arranged a return, which was very easy, and offered a refund, when I said I needed the correct part it was sent out on a next day delivery. Very easy Company to interact with and the held desk did exactly what they said.
