My tumble dryer fluff filter broke - was completely mangled. I could get a repair spot with Hotpoint but decided as it was a spare part, I’d try eSpares instead. They were brilliant. Fast and efficient service; easy to use website; customer service was wonderful; can check online if the part you want will fit your machine.
I’d definitely use them again!!!
