I ordered a water filter for a samsung fridge/freezer the filter ordered was a HAFIN2 I received a HAFIN this was a week ago and so far I have received a e mail which I have answered but as yet no action or advice except to buy an adapter for my appliance which shows that the people I am dealing with have no idea of the product
I can only say the response of E spares is awful I feel I am getting the run around and yet it is not my fault I ordered the correct item
