Very poor customer service. I cancelled my order on 21st April as the wait for the parts was going to be too long, and was told my money would be refunded within 7-10 working days. They delivered the items I had ordered anyway despite the cancellation, and I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I have had a refund for part of my order after I had arranged for it to be picked up, and the second part was also subsequently picked up....and then re-delivered to me! I am still waiting for the refund for this after nearly 3 months after I paid for it, and this for something that shouldn't have been delivered in the first place as the order had been cancelled. I appreciate that these are not "normal times", but that's no excuse for poor customer service.
