You get 1st Class service, the site is relatively easy to navigate so you find the right part, if not shout for help and they will help, even to the extent of "sending" exploded diagrams. I ordered something but out of stock and not likely to come in shortly, they kept order on file and sent it as soon as stock arrived they didn't just cancel it.
