Ordered a replacement shaving foil & cutter which I'd tried to obtain at the beginning of July.2020. Eventually I was refunded the cost due to item no longer being available due to the age of the Braun (Cruzer) Razor. Happened to be looking for something else at the beginning of this month and noticed the out of stock shaving foil was back in stock again. Ordered both it and 2 sets of vacuum storage bags only to be told by e-mail that the bags were out of stock and there would be a slight delay, Was pleasantly surprised on Friday for the "hard to obtain" shaving foil was delivered on its own and then yesterday morning another delivery - yes the out of stock vacuum bags were also delivered. Talk about going that extra mile in not only keeping the customer informed throughout and also meeting that customer's expectations. Well done indeed eSpares
