I ordered by phone and the experience was OK. The courier service was very friendly and obliging. However, when the product (doors) arrived they were the wrong size, they did not match the order/delivery note and were unusable. They had to go straight back and we now have to remedy the situation and wait in all over again for the right product to be delivered.
