I recently bought an Ottoman bed through the website which was easy and delivered several days later which was great. The email tracking, so you knew the delivery day, was helpful. Whilst ordering, there was a box to leave your number so that you would be called with a delivery time, however after a quick phone call to see what time somebody needed to be home, we were told that they didn't in fact call at all, so there was about 5 hours of waiting around. The bed itself looks nice but isn't the best quality (the bottom of the bed which is used for storage is just a thin felt rather than a solid material which was a bit of a shock) but as the bed was intended for the spare room and not that expensive I wasn't too bothered. I didn't have a bad experience but I probably wouldn't use the website again.
