All aspects of the service that Esprahome have provided so far is good. However, the Jay-be bed that we ordered arrived in a really battered box. Muddy, ripped and with a big footprint on it I wasn't at home when it was dropped off otherwise I would have opened it immediately. When I did unpack it, as I suspected, it was damaged. Two castors had been shattered making it unusable. ESPRAHOME are now contacting Jay-be. I currently await a response.
