I phoned on the day of purchase and was assured next day delivery on a fold away guest bed. I obviously had a guest to put up at short notice. I asked three times if they were absolutely sure they could deliver next day and I was totally promised they could. Guess what? Next day came and went and item was not delivered! That's what I call poor customer service and I was not impressed. Now the following day to the one when it should have been here but still no sign. They got the purchase because of the delivery promise next day but failed dismally to deliver!! Not a good start to my buyer portfolio with this company.
