Delivery was prompt and the furniture was in good order. Construction was very time consuming: this is not an IKEA product! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow but the build seemed overly complicated compared to the aforementioned flat pack specialists. Despite the extraordinary number of screws, bolts etc. nothing was missing. However, the steel used to manufacture the screws for the draw handles was extremely poor (soft low grade), and had to be handled with care. Overall the finished product is robust and looks good.
