The worst online shopping experience ever. I will not order from them again. I wanted to return my package, so I went to my local post office ( per instructions written on Esprit.eu website, and in the package I received), and there I was told that I had to pay for return postage myself. I called Esprit.eu immediately and was told the same thing, that my return is not free, which is DIFFERENT from the instructions written on Esprit.eu website, and in the package I received!?! The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone told me that all customers from my country know that returns are not free, which was obviously not true, because how would they know that if on Esprit.eu website is written that returns are free, during the buying steps no notice pops up about returns not being free, and moreover, the return instructions I received in my package say that returns are free! I am worried about returning my items now (will I get my money back?), because who knows what else they can make up along the way, because they were not transparent (actually, they were lying) about return postage fees, so what else they are lying about?
