You have to remember not all tutors are created equal. My review is based on a specific tutor, she is my "go-to" for everything! You may have to go through a few duds before you get a great tutor. Always remember to request your assignment at least 2 or 3 days before it is actually due, that will give you time to review and request any revision/corrections and still submit your assignment on time. Start with a short, easy assignment just to see how capable your tutor is. Once you find a good tutor be sure to FAVORITE them, so when you are in a rush and need good work in a hurry you can depend on them. If not for the wonderful tutor I have now I would have failed every class I have taken. I am not dumb, I just have NO practical work experience since I am handicapped. I learn via my tutor, and yes I know, I pay her! but she follows my directions exactly. We have worked together for several semesters. I have never had an issue with customer service not being able to assist me, sometimes it may take several emails to get what I need to be understood. The prices are a little expensive, especially when you have a favorite tutor (they are allowed to ask slightly more than what the "suggested" price may be). But you get what you pay for (FACT). Just because the tutor states they understand English does NOT mean it is an accurate statement. That is why it is best to start with a short, easy assignment. That way you do not waste your time with revisions or asking for another tutor. When I first used this service I had a few really bad experiences with tutors that did not listen, would not follow directions, and revisions looked like a 6-year-old had written them, or their version of U.S. English was not mine. With the tutor I use now, I have never had an assignment be late more than a short amount of time and I was given notice in advance. That is why I stress to always ask for the assignment to be ready before your deadline. All in all, I fully recommend EssayPro, just use normal, common sense.
