The Administrative arm is 100% Outstanding. I never have issues with QA, Customer Service, Credits, and Refunds. They are ALWAYS customer-friendly, fast, reliable, and understanding when an error occurs. I would give them 5 stars if only for this one MAJOR problem: the writers are NOT always reliable. My biggest issue is that many writers DO NOT have a Command of English, proper grammar, and standard "American" colloquial skills for academic writing. Many are on here to make money but are NOT native English speakers and have ZERO experience in Academic writing. In many of my contracts, I have found citation mistakes, sentence structure errors, grammar mistakes, and an overall lack of Master's or Doctoral-level writing skills. Many write like they are 1. Still learning ESL, or 2. at the Grammar School level. The biggest frustration is when you spend the money to hire a writer and don't know the quality of the person's skills you are getting. Second, you have to edit yourself heavily (so what am I paying you for?). And third, when you get the work and have either QA cancel the order or have the project rewritten, you have a deadline that puts pressure on having to do the work over. There needs to be a better way to monitor the quality and qualifications of the writers and their work - especially based on whether they can write at the level of the contract they accept. I don't know if a High School graduate with no Higher Education is accepting a contract to write a Doctoral Research Paper. Or if someone who has no spoken or written English skills is writing my Master's Thesis? By and large, this is a good platform, but it does have many flaws insofar as its writers are concerned. It's always a "hit & miss" situation. And very bad when you get a horrible writer.
