Your representative, Lindsey Brubaker, aka “the Bar Lady” heard my cries for a soft cup bra with underwire and showed me the perfect one. It fits beautifully. She helped me adjust it and because I’d bought two and only received one. Lindsey called the company to see about getting the second one sent. But the company sent the wrong one and Lindsey, bless her heart, again called the company to correct the error. Essential wear then sent the correct one and sent me a mailing return label and then I got the correct bra and a special gift for the their error as an apology.
