100% FRAUD. Dog bed ordered 9/23/24 for $102.36. Three weeks later, no dog bed, no customer service, no response. Finally, sorry, we don't have that bed. I canceled the order immediately. FOUR WEEKS later, I still do not have a refund. They told me they were having technical difficulties with the return (b--sh--). Now they won't respond to me at all (I only have some generic email address). BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their response to me: "Unfortunately, we have encountered some technical difficulties that have prevented us from successfully processing your refund. We made several attempts to issue the refund, but each attempt has failed, and any further attempts could result in additional delays."
