When I received my order I was a little disappointed that my supplement didn’t come with a scope so I called and asked if I could be sent one to be told unless I asked at the time of order they didn’t send one or they could send one out at £3.95 for postage! Bearing in mind most supplements are quite expensive I didn’t want to add to that. To my pleasant surprise 10 mins from putting the phone down I received an email telling me to contact maker of supplement and where to look for their contact details and they would send out free. That’s exactly what happened and I was sent two scoops. Very impressed that they took the time to do that.
