I ordered 5 ceramic pave bouquets each at an orginal cost of $300. I carefully crafted a multi paragragh note to be attached to each with the name of the receiptant. These flowers were dropped with no notes just 5 bags of flowers and no one in the office knew to whom they were directed so they were pawed over and removed from the bags. Worse theyattached the bill of in excess of $1000 for everyone in the office to gossip about. How tacky. They said this is standard. Do I leave the price tags on when I give a gift? In compensation they sent each of my 5 team members a tiny candle from nest to make up for this disaster but again dropped off in a bag now the note merely contained their name but you had to remove the candle from the bag to get to the note, No tissue paper, no presentation. This price point implys luxery and the flowers are lovey but the presentation is so subpar. This is not something that would cost the company money just care and attention. This is not at all like sending flowers from 1 800 flowers or edible arrangements. The price is triple while the presentation is a mess. I had at the same time placed an order to go to my girlfriend in Miami which also did not have my note that took more than 1/2 hour to craft and the box had the flowers with zero packing or filler in the box so it arrived flattened and totally ruined. Amazon can ship live flowers with success but they use a sturdy box. They promised a refund but I had to chase them for 2 weeks.
