I inform you that www.etrailer.com has incorrectly supplied a 5th-wheel hitch for my new truck. Despite my repeated attempts to have them resolve the issue, they have not done so. After consulting the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I discovered that a complaint has been filed against them, which makes me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. The hitches are heavy shipped via LTL Freight and delivered in two pieces. They are now attempting to charge me for return shipping and a restocking fee despite the product being still new and in its original packaging. They have only offered me the option of selling the incorrectly supplied component online myself! I am highly dissatisfied and will not conduct further business with this company. In summary, I strongly advise against doing business with www.etrailer.com.
