I was a fortunate case in which I was able to book an appointment to visit their warehouse in Victoria, Australia. I was warmly greeted by Perry who was generous with his kindness & had laid out the wedding rings & sizes I requested in an email to try on, ready & waiting. My experience was fantastic. Customer service & email communication 10/10. They were so easygoing & answered all the questions I had, including a QR code with a ring sizer if I needed to exchange. So easy to deal with.
