My experience with ETRNL has been so smooth and amazing. Customer service is definitely their strong suite. The ring I ordered for my husband originally was a tad too big and he asked me to re-order in a smaller size so I reached out and asked if I could return to exchange for a smaller size but instead of asking me to return or re-purchase they only asked me to pay a small fee for the engraving I got done and they sent out a brand new ring in the correct size within a week. I was so impressed with how professional they are and how quickly they made it happen I just want to say thank you for making my whole experience so easy
