The Original order and shipping was great however I had to send my order back for exchange due to sizing on the 9/11/22 and I have had no outcome or my order correctly returned and it's now the 20/11/22. I followed all the correct procedures as per the email. You can you please look into this as my gift was for a 10 year wedding anniversary
