Placed a customised order with express postage. Which I paid additional for. After waiting the 1-4 business days and my parcel not arriving. I looked up my order confirmation to see if I could locate tracking on my parcel. It stated it had been delivered to VIC on the 14th Feb. I live in QLD. I checked my details in case I had made an error with inputting my address. No, I got these details correct. I sent multiple emails enquiring where my parcel was and why it had been sent to the incorrect address. Multiple days pass and no reply. My parcel eventually turns up on the 21st Feb with no explanation or communication. I am assuming you re-sent it. I email again and ask why it was re-issued with no correspondence and to inform staff that I paid express postage and did not receive within the intended time frame from their error. Again, no reply. I publicly post on your FB page. Again, multiple days pass before I get a reply via messenger. You ask for my email address. I told you, you already have my details and address and to search for communication from me. Allegedly, my emails went to your spam folder. I emailed with the same details provided when placing the order. Again, multiple days in between reply’s. You agree to refund my express postage (lucky me). You failed to address that upon receiving the ring, the alleged ‘tough’ silicone began splitting on first use. We just ordered our actual wedding rings. We ordered the correct size. I received a faulty product and the most horrendous customer service in my life to date. I am still adamant this company is a scam. And still want the rest of my order refunded.
