I ordered a ring sizer and it took 4 weeks to get to me. Just the other day, I contacted Etrnl Rings Customer Service via email, and they haven't responded to me. Randomly (I don't know if it was coincidence or not), the ring sizers arrived the next day. So, I ended up with what I ordered, it took a while to arrive, and the customer service team never responded. So I have mixed feelings so far!
