WOW! These are great when they want you to join them but after that! Customer Service is the worst I have experienced. It feels as though they have a (singular) student who responds to queries. The responses I have had have often been incorrect. On top of that the chart information has been wrong on a few occasions triggering an order and subsequently being closed out for a loss. I get two emails on the same day; one tells me I have been awarded the bonus (that was 8 months ago) and then another telling me the bonus has been deducted as I did not meet the criteria! Never again!
