Dear Sirs, Nobody likes bad reports. If there is a listening ear, this can be a great help to polish the services to a better level. Major problem of ETX Capital is the slippage when trades are executed - on entry and on exit. It is too much slippage sometimes, there is no hedging, too. Now, this is not the normal slippage of the market movement. This is conscious manipulation of the entry and exit, so, more money can be ripped off the retail traders. As a preparation to become an IB to a City brokerage, I had to study for it. I learnt interesting things about the execution of the retail traders trades...
