I have been with ETX for over a year now and really pleased with their service. I did try few other brokers , just to see what else is out there, but each time had to admit that etx was much better. There is always a direct access to people you need to talk to, its really east to get in touch with them and I never had to wait on the phone for ages, like with few other brokers. their platform (trader pro) is just what I need - no stupid useless features that I have seen with other providers, their platform is simple enough, its not overly complicated with unnecessary things which only slow down my pc. etx guys have the best spread for the market I trade and everything is transparent. Yes there were some minor issues like any other prober would have, but the difference is that etx is good at fixing things quick and hassle free. I am always chased by other companies to switch , but I am sticking with etx , as they have been the best really.
