What I like: Platform ease of use, Speed of execution is excellent Ability to display multiple tickets is valuable for my trading style Ariel charts are nice and clear In hours spreads for the indices are good Customer services personnel are almost certainly the most friendly team I've spoken to Speed of fund transfers in and out of my account Tabs for account history, transactions etc is very good Occasional calls from my account manager What I think could be improved The colour scheme of the platform, or the ability to change this (red on black background in the wrong light is a nightmare!) The ability to sort open positions into chronological order I don't like the android app. Columns need to be customisable, and again ability to sort needs to be improved Overall pretty pleased with everything. I do use other providers but actually currently the majority of my trading goes through ETX
