I love the products and am a repeat customer. However, this time, my product didn’t arrive even after one month. When I contacted them, they requested that I write a signed letter promising that if I received the product after they sent a replacement or issued a refund, I would return the product at my own expense. That was their condition. Fortunately, my product was returned to them, and I received a refund. But I have never encountered such an unreasonable service before! While I love the product, I am hesitant to spend any more money until they improve their customer service.
